In an effort to be prepared for Hurricane Gustav the SWLA/Lake Charles CVB has set up a blog, www.swlacvb.blogspot.com to post hotel room availability, openings/closings of hotels, restaurants and attractions and other emergency information for Calcasieu Parish.
This information will be posted as it becomes available. The bureau will also have a section for storm information on their Web site, www.visitlakecharles.org.
